Patient Vitals Healthcare
Electronic Health Radar
Evolko Started with a solution to solve the patient record problem. Doctors did not have a way to keep the patient records electronically. The existing solutions were sketchy at best.
Evolko encountered an adoption problem with the doctors as their patient volume ( in India) left little time to record the patient data.
Introduction of Health Radar
We introduced the concept of health radar to change the health delivery paradigm. The Health Radar is a phone app that patients can use to record their health parameters. The doctor would get an alert for beyond-normal variation in critical health parameters like blood pressure, temperature, pulse, oxygen levels, etc. Using the app doctor could message the patient, set up an appointment, prescribe the medicines and tests, and follow up for future care.
This concept was married to the Electronic Medical Record to create post-discharge care for chronic patients. Patient engagement with the doctor increased, giving better outcomes for the patients, doctors, and hospitals.
